My belief is that dinner should generally take not more than 30min to prepare, and store well to make a lunch to take to work the next day. I see no reason to make things from scratch unless it’s nearly as quick as opening a jar, if the difference is taste is far superior, or if the costs are not much higher. My philosophy towards cooking and baking is to make simple, fuss-free and tasty food.

Most of the recipes below have been collected from this great blog called “A Beautiful Mess” – although I rarely use any of them – while a few specified are posts about recipes I’ve come across, tested out and modified.
